Hello Sharon,
I visited the home on Sunday to see my step grandmother Ruth with my mother and step father. I have not been to the home for a while and I was most impressed with the changes you have made. The home was clean and tidy, and the refurbishments were first class. The residents seemed content and happy. The carer assisting Ruth with feeding was most attentive to her needs and was interacting with her well. Ruth has a lovely room and there is a pleasant view from her window which made it feel very homely.
